I'm starting to realize that how we do Porter's hair makes a big difference in how he looks with his glasses. He can either be stylin' or a complete nerd. Either way, he's still cute to me!
Stylin'
Our little nerd boy!
As a side note, we have not had to order new glasses for almost three full months. This is a huge change from the end of last year where we ordered three new pairs in about three months.
Autumn & Porter love playing with each other and with other kids, reading, dancing, riding in their backpacks, playing catch, pulling all their clothes out of the hamper, and going for drives on rough roads (they like to make noises and hear their voices bounce).
Autumn was delivered 2 months early due to preeclampcia. She was healthy, but small at 3 lb 10 oz.
Porter Arrives
Porter arrived two minutes after Autumn. He was a bit smaller at 3 lb 3 oz, but also healthy.
The Twins Come Home
On March 12th we were able to take the twins home. It was a wonderful day to finally have our family all together. We immediately drove to our new home in Beaver for mine and the kids first time.
Spring Flowers
Spring of 2007 the babies enjoyed one of their first outings at Thanksgiving Piont during the tulip festival.
The Baby Blessing
Autumn and Porter were blessed on May 6, 2007. Grandma Carol made their darling outfits and blankets.
The First Hike
We took the kids hiking and scouting for elk. We went on quite a few hikes getting to know the area around Beaver.
Camping Fun
The twins enjoyed many camping trips their first summer. We decided to break them in while they were young.
Tigers and Bears, Oh My!
Autumn and Porter were super cute in their Halloween costumes. We went to our ward's trunk or treat and had fun showing them off. We came home and had fun taking pictures of them.
The 1st Christmas
Autumn and Porter spent Christmas in Blanding with the Richmond grandparents. They loved the wrapping paper and watching everyone open presents.
Double the Fun and Now They're One
We had their 1st Birthday party in Orem and had family and friends attend. With delicious food and cupcakes it was a great party.
I am lucky to be a mom of twins, Autumn and Porter, who will turn three in January. I am also lucky to be Brayden's wife of 10 years. We love hanging out with family, hunting, archery, camping, fishing (even though we never catch any), and hiking.
